The education department of Arunachal Pradesh has decided to start online classes in collaboration with All India Radio (AIR) and Doordarshan (DD), Itanagar for the primary and upper primary students from June 2.

The education department of Arunachal Pradesh has decided to start online classes in collaboration with All India Radio (AIR) and Doordarshan (DD), Itanagar for the primary and upper primary students from June 2.

While the AIR will broadcast online radio talk for classes I to V on its Arun FM (103.1 mhz) and MW (675 Khz) from Monday to Saturday at 1.20 pm, the DDK, Itanagar will telecast lessons for classes VI to VIII on its Arunprabha channel between 9.30 am to 11.30 am from Monday to Saturday, Director of Elementary Education Tapi Gao informed in a release.

While lessons for class VI will be telecast from 9.30 am to 10.10 am, the timing of telecasting lessons for class VII will be from 10.10 am to 10.50 am. The lessons for class VIII will be telecast from 10. 50 am to 11.30 am, according to an education department report.
