A statement released from the Chief Minister’s office said that the decision was taken to increase health professionals especially, doctors, peramedics and nurses for core medical field duties.
The third cabinet meeting of the month headed by the Chief Minister Pema Khandu was held on Friday to review the Covid19 situation in the state.
The cabinet further approved for upgradation of 18 district hospitals and new hospitals for the new districts for an estimated cost of Rs. 365.00 Crore to be funded by various funding windows of Govt of India with an execution timeline of 24 months.
The cabinet also approved the proposal for development of 2000 nutritional kitchen garden per legislative constituency.
